Sold to party needs to be come automatically to the STO delivery.

Dear Experts.

As of now we are adding sold to party manually in to the STO delivery, but we needs to automate the same .

Please let me know the possible solution from your end. like partner configuration and text configuration etc.

Sold to -party be determined automatically by the system while creating STO delivery,Please foloow the steps as mentioned below

SPRO - Sales and Distribution - Basic functions - Partner determination - Execute : Set up partner determination - In the Pop - up menu select "Set Up Partner Determination for Delivery"

Create partner determination procedure - which should contain partner functions as required by your business scenario, you can copy the standard partner determination procedure and better modify it to include SP - sold to party partner function in that partner determination procedure.

Then assign that partner determination procedure to your STO delivery type (ZNL may be)

Now you can manually enter SP partner function in STO delivery Header with the partner number

__*But as you asked it needs to come automatically,*

You need to assign partner determination procedure to sales document header for the document type "DL"

In that you need to mention the origin " C"( where from this partner function can be copied)

" C Partner function from customer master (table KNVP) "

What ever customer master created with the required partner function can be copied to sales order.

In the background as "DL" document type is associated with STO deliveries. We need to maintain all copy control settings for DL and ZNL - delivery type, data transfer - header data - "001" routine can be assigned. (or you can choose the routine as per your business scenario)
