In EHP3 we have diploma print function and i have following question.

1) how we can maintain diploma name

-. we have to maintain manually and system can create automatically ?.

2) in the documentation

Diploma on Demand software package from SCRIP-SAFE International. The report is

called u2018RHIQ_DIPLOMA_EXTRACTu2019, and can be executed via transaction u2018SA38u2019.

it means, in order to use this function, we have to buy S/W or free.

and as you know, diploma can be different from university to university

how we can adjust from to meet our requirements ?

regards,

JD

JIn Dal,

The Diploma Name is an optional field to be used if the student wants a specifc name shown on the diploma. It is not created automatically. We don't deliver any diploma printing form, as usually they are produced out-of-house, and you just need to provide some data file to the diploma printer.

The delivered report you mention is for a specific third-party package that you must purchase separately. However, the output of the report could probably be easily massaged just using Excel (for example) to achieve the column formats you need for other packages.
