Shipment Idoc

I need to send the shipment document ( created in transaction VT01n)from our R/3 system to the XI system.

Is there some standard Idoc that can be generated from this transaction?

Rachana,

As Renjith mentioned output determination will do. But for this you better talk to SD functional consultant. Creating Output Determination is little tricky.

The Idoc is SHPMNT03 to SHPMNT05 with message type SHPMNT

Adding further ..the outbound process code for the IDOC types Sam mentiones is SD11(the FM for this is IDOC_OUTPUT_SHPMNT)...

Have the values for output determination created using transaction NACE...the application will be V7 and maintain the values for which the output that needs to be generated..

Also partner profile entries need to be maintianed and appropriate values needs to be given in message control.
