Hello;

We are working in a new environment copied from other one. We were working correctly until some days ago.

I mean, we were posting documents without any problem, but sudenly, it change, and the postings that are relevant for FM, now they not generate the FM posting.

We already check almost all the settings in both environment and we didn't see any differende betwenn them.

Also, we checked posting at the same time in both environments with the same information, and for the originar environment, the process generate the right document but not for the new one.

thanks in advanced for any help you can give.

Hello Francisco,

Indeed, something must be different...

- Are both systems on the same Support Package level?

- did you apply notes recently?

- Are your derivation rules working in the same way in both systems? You might try to post, for example, an FI document in both systems in parallel, and activate the trace for FMDERIVE (see note 666322). then, see if your derivation rules are working exactly in the same way...

let us know your findings, please

Kind regards,

Mar

The only thing, should happened is due to, the system was opened some days, but we did not detect any change between both systems.

please, if somebody know how we can some kind of way to found what is affecting us in this way.

Allow me to ask a few questions to get a little clarification...

A client copy was done recently. After the client copy, everything was fine in the target client. FM documents were being produced without any problem in both the source and target client.

Then one day suddenly, no FM documents at all began to get generated? Any and all changes made via notes/transports made to any client has been done to both the source and target client. Is this correct?

What do you mean by the system was open for days?
