Dear Friends,

I am facing one problem suddenly now in my quality system as shown:

Hi,

1)Check all the system user whether its locked or whether its password is expired or not using SU01 tcode.

2) Run SLDCHECK and check the result.

3) Refresh SXI CACHE as well as CPA CACHE.

Dear friends,

i am still facing the same problem friends.... we have checked all the user id and password and refereshed the cache.

Especailly i have checked PIAFUSER in su01 and exchange profile..

since yesterday everything working fine in quality system.suddenly today all interfaces are failing in quality

we also had the similar problem and at the end found that all the system user password was expired.

can u restart the server though it is not a good idea but u can give a try.

Hi karthik,

plz check if the user PIAFUSER is locked in SU01. also i remember, we restarted server to outcome this prob.
