Logging Off Problem in SRM 5

Hi.

Please can somebody assist me with this query on out recently live SRM5 system....

Our end user has logged into SRM but after they hit the Log Off icon, the system fails to sign them out. The weird thing is that if I open up explorer from any other PC, the system pulls up Explorer screen with the end user still signed-on!

Any help would be welcome!

Please look at the following notes:

350597 - Logoff button doesn't logout the user

207434 - Logoff button does not end session

Please try this ->

Note 1089129 - Logon Popup Appears After Logging Off

To apply the correction manually via SNOTE for SRM 4.0 it is required that you apply SAP Basis 6.40 SP 13 or higher (SAPKB64013 +). Please apply this SP if needed. After doing this, please publish the Internet Service 'BBPGLOBAL', e.g. via transaction SE80.
