quality problem

Dear all

1) quality lot has been created and 10 qty has been send to block stock and ud decision has been done and lot has been save , now they want to use that 10 quantity , so what is the process

2) how to transfer material from one storage location to another storage location

3) how to cancel a saved inspection lot

Rahul,

1)The qulaity stock need to move to unristricted use before using it

2)You can use MBIB with Mvt Type 322.

from vendor material we recived 100 qty, after doing gr quality lot has been created in qa32 we do ud decision in that 90 qty has been accepted and 10 qty is send to block stock and ud decision is done , now they want to use that 10 qty 322 is reversal of un-res to qty but cas is from block to quality ,

already us decision has been done , now i cant delete the inspection lot which decision has taken r i cant make any changes

Hi,

To move the stock from Block stock to Unrestricted stock you need to do

MB1B transaction with 344 mvt type.

System will post the stock from Blocked to unrestricted stock from there you can use that material for further use.

If the stock is released to unrestricted status, then they can use. Make sure the quantity has been moved to correct storage loaction for picking.

2) how to transfer material from one storage location to another storage location

Use transaction code MIGO. Select option transfer posting and movement type 311. Enter material, batch and from/to storage locations and the post. The stock will be moved to the required storage location.

3) how to cancel a saved inspection lot

The question is not clear enough. The inspection lot is created and just saved or some results are recorded then you want to cancel. However I suggest you to post this question in PLM (Product lifecycle Management) forum.

Hi,

Go to MB1B -> select 322 movement type -> input plant & storage location{from which you want to transfer the stock} then press enter -> then input the material -> input receiving storage location... thats all...
