one customer should be created with two different plants (i.e)

our requirement is billing has to be created from two different plants for same customer

Hi,

one customer should be created with two different plants :This can be achieved by *NOT* maintaining Delivering Plant in Shipping Tab -Sales Area Data of Customer Master.Then this Customer can be supplied by different plants assigned to Sales Org-Dist.Ch.

Hi there,

Same customer to different plants? How is customer related to plants? In VD03 --> Sales area data --> shipping --> delivering plant is not usually used to propose a plant in a sales order. It is plant in material master that is used in real time. Infact we donot maintain plant in customer master.

Customermaster is relatedto a sales area. Maintain & extend the materials to different plants. Then same customer can be servedby different plants depending on the sales area.

Also what does different billing for same customer from different plants mean?

Hi,

You can't do this if the customer belongs to single sales area, also this requirements doesn't seems to be logical as well.
