QE51N- insp resuts recording- QM Module

hi, i have generated insp plan for one material,for which GR has already done. the qty is shown in quality stock. while seaching in qe51n, the message appears as no entries found. pls advise what could be wrong?

check from QA32,and see the QA32 in GR done dates.

check in MB51 enter the materil see 101 movemtn document double clcik on mat document , see on quantity tab, there youshould get INSlLOT button

It might not show up in QE51n for any number of reasons. The inspection lot must have the status of REL on it to show up in QE51n.

Usually the most common problem is that the inspection lot failed to find a suitable inspection plan.

Use the worklist QA32 to find the lot, or you can use QA02 as well. Once you find the lot, display the lot and look at the statuses on the lot. One of them will probably indicate your particular problem.
