Types of control BUDGET

Dear expert,

How many types we can control our BUDGET in PS.

As per i know...

AVAC.

BUDGET RELEASE.(if im missing or wrong plz explain)

there is only one type of budget control - check assigned values against budget values and then error or warning as per config

the checking is doen using availability control functionality

the budgeted values against which check is required can be either overall or released values

released budget is a portion of the budget released for work, the project manager can then release more as and when required

The functions in Budget Control System is to support budget planning, budget execution and allow you to monitor the availability of funds.

The budget control system (BCS) in Funds Management is an alternative to former budgeting.

BCS is designed to allow flexible customer-specific adjustments to all important functions. BCS is SAPu2019s strategic budgeting tool.
