Hi Experts
Please help me
Is there an event that can be used upon exit from a view, in which the view properties are still valid and exist?
We are aware of wdDoExit event, but it seems that this event occurs at too late a point for what we need to do.
\We would like to display a popup before leaving the view asking thew user whetehr to save changes made by him, and if he would like to save, we obviously still need access to the view's context, which contains the unsaved changes.
Is there an earlier event, or a way to create such a an event and activate it at an earlier stage?
Hi Michael.
wdDoExit is fine. Check in the view controller's properties, if the lifespan is set to "when visible".
Cheers, Karsten
