Hi there,
Before deleting the condition types check in V/06 ifit can be deleted from the data base. If yes, tehn delete the condition records in VK02.
Else delete the condition records ffrom the pricing procedure. Then in the sales order do the re-pricing. Press the bottom button in the header / item conditions.
If you know it before hand, then set the validity periods in the condition records itself. This is usually done for periodic discounts.

Hi raji,
You can try VK12 to mark the condition type for deletion. But make sure that the conditon type is not mandatory. If it is mandatory, even if you mark for deletion, system will throw the error that it is not able to find it.
Also do not delete the condition type in V/08. steps & counter prob may occur.
So also try using the requirement routine to put a clause that this condition type should not be used in the pricing procedure.
Thanks!
Preethi.

Hi Raji,
If you want to delete a condition type from an SD document (assuming that has 'no manual changes allowed') , the only standard way is to delete the condition type from the pricing scheme you're using, than redetermine the pricing in the sales document.
Go to VA05 execute the report. Select all sales orders you want to update the price, Go to the Menu EDIT -> MASS Change -> New Pricing. System will display all the re-pricing options. Select B. It will re-price all the sales orders.
Tell me if this helped you,
