Problem with F1 (help) in SAP. The F1 window, it's empty

Hi,

Example:

When I press F1 at se38 transaction (abap Editor) above code, for example "TABLES" string, the help window opens but, this is empty, without information. I've installed IE7. When I had IE6, I didn't have this problem.

Somenone knows the solution?.

Just upgrade your Gui Patch and your problem will be resolved.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem in win2k3 m/c and also updated the patch with GUI640_24-10001615.EXE . but still the blank help is coming .

pl. advice . it is working fine with windows xp machine .
