Gl account blocked.

Hi,

in testing client. iam posting stock for certian materials but iam getting th error , " GL account 124100 blocked for posting in compnay code 3000".

how to unblock the same. which t code to use and how to unblock. iam an SD consultant and at present the FICO guy is not there.

Dear Sachin

Go to FS00, input the G/L Account 124100 and execute. There click on "Create/bank/interest" tab and select the box "Post automatically only".

Also below the tab "Edit cost element", you can see the "lock" icon. Click on that and see whether the box "Blocked for posting" is selected. If so, uncheck this and save.

Hi Sachin,

If the G/L 124100 posted automatically then,tickmark the POST AUTOMATICALLY in FS00.

If G/L 124100 posted manually then remove the tickmark the POST AUTOMATICALLY in FS00.

In FS00 put the above G/L No.& in Create/Bank/Interest check.
