No login for J2EE Engine: Authentication failed. Password locked

Hi!

I cannot login to any java based tools on my SAP Solution Manager system neither Visual Administrator nor on http://localhost:50000.

Only the user DDIC can access Java stack

The error I get when try to log in e.g. with user j2ee_admin on J2EE engine:

Authentication failed. Password locked

Does it the issue with lisence?

Can some one help to solve this problem?

J2EE_ADMIN user was locked in client 001.
