hi all

tell me wht i have to do after issuing credit note for rebates.

exactly after creating the credit note and closing that rebate,

i created a new rebate agreement. when i am trying to generate the credit note it is taking the previous amount also.

wht exactly i have to do to clear the amounts of previous rebate agreement. to see the exact amount of this rebate

Hi,

Goto Vbo2 and check whether accurals are reversed and you can see the actual reversals, if you are getting excess amount means you sre using Retro active rebates which considers earlier amount.

You close the earlier agreement then what ever left in that agreement will be reversed and will not show for this agreement as i hope you are doing for the same customer.
