CV03N-FONT problem in long text display

Hi all,

For a particular document type(Z created) long text is appearing in the font which is not all understandable-diferent language with sign fonts

User has said that he has installed ORION in the computer,he is facing the problem from that time

I dont have an idea about ORION

If any one has any idea,pls let me know how to rectify this

Additional Info : In print preview it's appearing correctly in English

Note: I dont have ORION installed os for me it's appearing correctly with English description

Guys,

Let me give clarity

I got the information that ORION is nothing but some product by which it will automatically log into SAP,we dont need to type the credentials

So i dont think that the reaosn for this issue

in CV03N

For me long text is appearing in English,where as for the user & others it's appaering in some other font with symbols

What could be the reason

Pls let me know ASAP

Hi,

as for you the display of longtext is working. Maybe is has to do with the user settings of your colleagues. Maybe there is a different language or codepage maintained.

Maby check in SAPGUI settings (Alt+F12) in point 'Font' or 'Character Set'.

Further maybe it's some language or codepage setting in ORION software.
