Would like to get a report of inactive users in the system e.g. users who have not logged in for the last 3 months. If possible the report shld have the users last login date ?
You can use the transaction RSUSR200 to get this report. You can set the "number of days since last logon" to 90 to see the number of users who have not logged in for last 3 months.
