delivery note from sale order

Hi all,

While trying to create a delivery note against sale order in VL10G, the message "only 0 ea of material XXX available". In stock material quantity is available. The material has some reservations against it. Will this be resulting in not creating delivery note.

Hello,

Is your material stock against order ie restricted to specific order or is it make to stock ie in Unrestricted.

Please check the availability check in sales order. It will show if any delivery is created but not done PGI. Either delete that delivery & then you will be able to create the delivery for this order.

the process is service order is created and converted to sale order against a customer. then against sale order creates delivery note.

Also the service order will create a reservation for the quantity mentioned.

Pls check whether the material is avaliable against that order in MMBE

Is the stock confirmed in sale order ?? Check in schedule line tab. If quantity is not confirmed, redo availability check.

In schedule line there are 2 delivery dates, 25/11/08 and 26/1108, stock is confirmed on 26/11/08 in schedule line.

Hi,

In VL10G initial selection screen, put 26.11.2008 as delivery creation date with putting your sales order number in sales order tab and execute.. your problem will be solved.

In that case, check the following:-

- Loading group what you have maintained in material master should have been assigned in OVL2

- go to VL21 and check whether any delivery is created and saved without doing PGI

Total 5 delivery notes are there pending for goods issue for a total of 135 quantities, but in stock we are having 1230 quantities. In OVL2 loading group is mentioned as given in material master

Hi there,

Availability check in deliveries is carried out against storage loc.

In OVL3 check what storage loc is assigned to your shipping point / plant / storage conditions.

Then in MMBE check if the stock is available against that storage loc. If stock is not there then post the stock in MB1C.

Looking at the previous posts, I feel that this could be the error. Check if stock is available in storage location alaong with plant.

stock is available at plant and storage location level. the sale order has 2 line items with same issue plant and storage location. Against one line item system created delivery note and made goods issue.
