Installation of LiveCache

Hi

I am installing SCM 5.0 and LiveCache 7.6.03 build 08. Oracle is 10.2g. When I am installing LiveCache Server, its getting stuck at sixth step, Creating database schema. Log file is not giving any error but the time stamp of log file is not changing. I tried installing it 2/3 times with system reboot but its getting stuck at same place. Can anybody help me on this. Following is the contents of file XCMDOUT.LOG
