Packing list error

Hey

We have an issue in pacaking. The packing sheet print out could not generate the details like net wt, gross wt, type , length etc..

When we checked the packing instruction, it sseems everything is good. We also chcekd the material set up and the mat gropufor packing materials condistion is same for all the materials.

Can anyone please explain what could be the reason. At where it could be..material,customer,delivery...

Pls check whether you maintained the dimensions and Gross weight and net weight of the Material that you are packing and also Packing Material
