Pricing only carried out when higher level item is maintained

Dear all,

I have the following issue:

When I enter a sales order for a material, where the material is a sub item (to a higher level item in a Sales BOM) in the sales order, the pricing is carried out correctly.

But when the material is entered in the sales order without any reference to a higher level item (Sales BOM), the pricing is not carried out.

Can someone explain to me how and where this can be configured?

I checked the requirements in my pricing procedure but could not find any logical explaination.

Hi,

Check item category group in-> sales org. 2 -> MMR for higher level item. Is it LUMF then change to ERLA.

Also, I am using an item category TANN, which is not relevant for pricing according to the setting in the IMG for this item category.

But still, I receive a price if the condition records are set up correctly.

Does anyone know of any reason to this? Any config that can override the item category settings that says "No pricing" in the Pricing field (PRSFD) in the Item category config screen?
