RFC not working from web dynpro application

Dear Experts,

In my webdynpro application I am using an FM, which is made to delete locked session trough

T-CODE "SM12",

if I run this FM on R3, it works fine,

but when I Execute it from web dynpro application, it does not work.

when i debug it in R3 I get SY-SUBRC = 1001,

I have checked all the exports parameters are same.

Pleasse give helpful suggestions.

I had made the RFC from the BDC, when I executed it from my webdynpro application , the GUI was not supported hence the RFC was not working.
