Connecting to SAP BW using BI SDK

While connecting to SAP BW through BI SDK, Java I get the following exception :

com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized.

[2/20/06 6:10:15:187 CET] 2c8d45f SystemErr R com.sap.ip.bi.sdk.exception.BIResourceException: Cannot get data set

I have validated the username,password and the URL they are all correct but still I get the above exception. Any clues....

Even i am facing the same problem. Can anyone help me on this regard. I assure u full points on this.

It seems to be a configuration issue on SAP BW side.

You may want to check:

- If the authorization objects access - B_ALE_RECV is missing for the user id.

- The authorizations of the extraction user (often named ALEREMOTE) are properly set up?

- The message type - is in the list of the input parameters of the corresponding logical system associated with the user? Try use SALE transaction to check the configuration of process code.
