Error "Update was Teminated " in Printing Invoice

Hi,

During Printing of Invoice, whenever Dispatch time is maintained as "4" -Send Immediately, Billing Document gives error "Update was terminated" & nothing gets printed.

During analysis in SM13 it has been found that, system asks to maintain Output Device in User master (SU3).

So whenever Output Device is maintained in User master (SU3), Invoice works/Prints fine, other wise it gives error "Update .....".

Please advice is something wrong in config (though I checked thoroughly) or it has some problem in Invoice Print Program.

You can maintain output condition records in VV31.

Dear Vikas,

Are records being maintained in T. Code: VV31/ 32 for Key-combination: Sales Organization/Blling Type

Also, select your row-record and click Tab: Communication. Check whether Field: Output Device is maintaned and Box: Print Immediately, is checked.

Note: For SU01/ SU3 related settings in to User-Profile --> Tab: Default; contact Basis-Admin.

He will maintain Field: Output Device and check Box: Output immediately.
