PO form not getting printed in laser printer

Hey Experts,

Purchase Order form is not getting printed in laser printer even though the output type is kept for it. The Printer is showing a preview of the previously selected printer(where it was assigned previously to user) and even after changing it to laser printer, the form is getting printed in dot-matrix printer.

If the default printer is changed to null for the user then it is asking for and printing properly, but client requires a default printer also. Please attend to this issue, as this is very critical.

Hi

Check If the Output Type is Configured in NACE transaction code??

In NACE,Select the application EF. Click on output types...and then select the output type that is used in transaction...click on Processing Routines...and here configure the Print Program and Form.

Hi Viswa,

The Output type is configured properly for laser also. Still it is not pulling the right printer. it is going to the default one. That was the whole problem.
