Could you tell me the way to change settings File Path in Tcd:CC02?

Hello, Experts.

I'd like to know how to change File Path in Tcd:CC02.

File Path links PDF Files that exist the other server(Non-SAP Server).

You will be able to look at the screen

TCD:CC02 & Enter Suitable Master No

->Extra ->Business Documen

And then , you will look at the "Business Document Navigator".

I exactly want to change Description and File Paths are set in it field.

As I can't attached ScreenShot, therefore you might be unable to understand

what I say....

But I will be appreciate if you teach me the way how to change it.

I checked "helpportal", but I'd like to confirm 1 point.

Q1. Could I change a lot of settings at the same time?

For instance, my PRD system has enormous quantity of files.

Therefore I'd like to change them at the same time, not individual.
