Status for messages in SOLAR02

Dear All,

When creating a message from the "issues/ messages" tab in transaction SOLAR02, I can see the message status in the "status" column.

However when I drill down into the message, the user status (Assigned to status profile SLFN0001) is different than the one shown in SOLAR02.

Where is the status in the "issues/ messages" tab (SOLAR02) taken from??? It's not from the SLFN0001 status profile....

Hi Adi

These Message Statuses are indeed taken from Status Profile (SLFN001) if it has been assigned to your Transaction. e;g: SLFN

This Transaction should be assigned in the "ProcessType" in the TA:DNO_CUST04
