Error "No message found(in main memory) " while creating new vendors

HI Experts,

I have just join a already going SRM project , i am creating vendors in SRM using su01 and then assigning a BP with the role of employees to that vendor.

But when i logged in to to the portal for the bid submission i am getting one alert message which states that

"message not found(in main memory)".

but if i am using already created vendors(some one else has created it before i joined the project) then it is working fine in the portal.

i have defined relationship also as it was done in those vendors still its not working.

Can any one help me in this.
