Controling the work flow restart in case of shopping cart rejection

Hi folks,

The manaully adhoc users get cleares at the time shopping cart rejection. This is happening because when ever the user changes a rejected cart the workflow is getting restarted . Please let me know is there any way to control the workflow restrat.

Hi Mahesh,

There is one settings in SU01 - personalization tab--> BBP_WFL_SECURITY - check all the options high, medium,low, new.

Hi muthu,

Thats fine.but in my current senario the user will always restarts in case of any change and as result of this the manually added approvers are get cleared.Please let me know is there any other method to avoid this(ie clearing of manually added approvers in case of schopping cart change after the rejection stage ).

Hi Mahesh,

You can use Action profiles to trigger your workflow.

In the action definition maintain the 'Action Merging' as 'Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition'.

Now trigegr this action profile when the shopping cart is rejected.

It would trigger only once when the cart is rejected and not for subsequent rejections.
