No output has been selected for printing for shipment

While trying to print a shipment this message appeared :

No output has been selected for printing Message no. VW085

i solved this problem by entering the output type manually .

how i can automate this ?

Note : when i use another plant in the shipment the output detemination done automatic .. so this issue is just per plant

Dear Mostafa,

Have you check with:

T. Code: VV71 - if wnat to create new record, else

T. Code: VV72 - if record already exists.

I presume that no record exists.

So, go to VV71 and Key-in your Output type and hit "Enter".

on to next screen, Key-in your "TransportPlanningPt" and maintain the row entry(s).

Once maintained, select the row and click Tab: Communication Method (from top of the screen).

In next screen, maintain entries in to Field: Output Device and check the Box: Print Immediately.

Save the record.

Now check.

Hi,

Transportation planning point is assigned to a company code and if you have maintained output records for one tranp. planning point {wherein you are getting output type automatically determined} it would come automatically.. I think for other tranp. planning point you have not maintained the output condition record hence the problem..

Check weather out put determination procedure and condition type has been assigned with your shippment type.

u can assign the out put procedure to document type.see that matain condition record.
