I have a question about sap work process such as dialog work process or backgroud work process and so on. Does a work process occupy memory when it is running or it occupy memory once I have defined it. So , If I define much more work process, will it influents the performance of my system??
Hi
Every additional work process will consume a small amount of memory (~ 10mb). You can estimate it in transaction RZ10 (choose your instance profile) -> Basic Maintenance -> Change
Here you can increase the number of processes, and you will see the memory requirement.

Sure, the more processes the less memory.
