IDoc is only entering XI when manually started

Hi,

so we have got IDoc-Scenario, wherein the IDoc is not posted to XI properly. This means WE20 etc. is configured as all other scenarios on sender-side but only this interface won't processed as it should.

When IDoc is send to XI it's getting stuck in Status 26. When processing the IDoc manually from bd87 it is going through to XI.

Does somebody has the same experience on this and can share a way of solving this?!

Hi ,

Check whether change pointer is activated for your idoc message type.

hi,

since IDOC status 26 means some syntax error then it's good

it's not going into XI...

check the idoc - correct it and then it will work

nice hearing from you! Thanks for your answer.

But on which side we have to check syntax?! I guess it's XI, rigth?!

So we do have to re-import the structure in ID, do IDX2 and we are done?!

What is the meanig of "change pointer for idoc message type"?!

I'd check TA SM21 & ST11 on the R/3 system. It's usually more helpful than the IDoc status.
