HTTP 401 unauthorized

Hi,

When running my scenario. I got the following error.

<SAP:Stack>HTTP response contains status code 401 with the description Unauthorized Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401, error text: Unauthorized)</SAP:Stack>

I checked the following link.

The blog tells me to check the user XIAPPLUSER but there is no XI APPLUSER in my system.

this is a PI system so only PIAPPLUSER exist.

However i logged on to another PI sytem. In that system both XIAPPLUSER & PIAPPLUSER exist.

Could some thing be wrong ?

Vignesh,

Run TC : SLDAPICHECK, will give you more details about error message.

Also if you are using proxy, mke sure you hv maintained http destination details in SXMB_ADM>Integration Engine config> Integration server. ( replace integration server name with http destination which is pointing towards XI server)

Hi,

if you are using PI 7.0 then PIAPPLUSER is sufficient. as said in blog check sap note. 821026

and check whether the passwords for XIISUSER,XIAFUSER

are correct and no user is locked by running the report RSUSR006.
