Dear Ambarish,

You will import model data and metadata from your ABAP system. After you install SAP GRC Risk Analysis and Remediation, you must import model data and metadata for each backend connection that you want to establish.

Before you import model data and metadata, have your system administrator verify that your ABAP system:

-Is configured in the System Landscape Directory (SLD)

-Has a default logon group defined

-Can be accessed by the J2EE system services file

Visit Installation Guide at Service Market Place (http://service.sap.com) under "Installation Preparation -> Software Requirements" section.

Software Requirements:

SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SP 12 (Required)

SAP Internet Graphics Service (SAP IGS) (Required)

Enterprise Portal (Optional/Required if you install the Enterprise Portal RTA VIREPRTA00_0.sca)

VIRCC00_0.SCA u2013SAP GRC Risk Analysis and Remediation (Required)

VIRAE00_0.SCA - SAP GRC Compliant User Provisioning (Required)

VIRRE00_0.SCA - Enterprise Role Manager (Required)

VIRFF00_0.SCA - Superuser Privilege Management (Required)

VIRSANH and VIRSAHR (Required)

VIREPRTA00_0.sca (Optional)

VIRACLP00_0.sca (Optional)

VIRACCNTNT.SAR (Required)

VIRACLP00_0.SCA (Optional)

The following prerequisites must be met for SAP ERP systems that integrate with SAP GRC Access

Control 5.3 Real Time Agents (RTAs):

SAP ERP Release 6.0 - SAP BASIS Support Pack Stack level 13

SAP ERP Release 04 - SAP BASIS Support Pack Stack level 21

SAP ERP Release 4.70 - SAP BASIS Support Pack Stack level 63

SAP ERP Release 4.6C - SAP BASIS Support Pack Stack level 55

Ambarish,

Java stand alone installation is enough for the GRC installation and ABAP+JAVA stack is not necessary but you will need the RTA on the ABAP server where you have your present rules and mitigations etc.. Hope this helps.

Hello Ambarish,

Would suggest you to refer to the Pre-Implementation guide available on the SAP website for getting a list of prerequisites before you do the implementation as there are a lots of Do's and dont's other than this which you need to follow very religiously before you go for the actual Implementation.

Regards,

Hersh.
