condition record and mark for deletion

Hi Friends,

How can we maintain the following (any t code)

1.Maintain condition record for discount condition type so that it is active in Contract itself.

2.Mark the condition record for discount as deleted

Any pointers will be rewarded.

Hi,

Goto VK12, enter condition type and execute.

Select the line and choose delete. condition record will be marked for deletion. If you want to use it again go and remove the deletion flag.

If you want to delete it permanently, goto V/06 t.code. select the condition type and choose details.

Select the option with pop-up for delete fr.db field. in master data segment.

Now go to VK12, enter the condition type and execute. select the line and delete it. system permanently delete the condition record from database.

HI,

1.Create a new requirement(routine in VOFM tcode) and in that maintain ur logic and assign this routine to ur condition type in pricing procedure (or) create one more access with document type and assign this at more priority.

2.For ur second requirement tcode V/06 for ur condition type for field " delete fr. DB" maintain value SPACE.

You have the following options:

SPACE: You can set an indicator so that the condition record is no longer used in pricing. The condition record is then archived in the archiving run. This is how things happened before Release 4.6A.

A: You can delete the condition records from the database. You then receive a popup, asking whether the condition record should actually be deleted or whether the deletion indicator should simply be set.

B: You delete the condition records from the database. You only receive a popup if there are condition supplements available.
