Issue in Sales upload from POS to SAP...

Hi Gurus,

when i am trying to upload the sales data from POS to SAP through IDOCs, system is giving some error msg like as follows.

No information structure with active updating exists!

No information structure with active updating exists for event RE and update group 800.

System Response

Due to your data, the system cannot update any information structures.

Procedure

1. Check to see whether information structures using event RE exist in the update rules for udate group 800.

2. Check to see whether updating has been switched on for this information structure.

Can you pls tell me some posibilities to solve the issue.

Dear Subbu,

Just try with:

SPRO --> IMG --> Logistics-General --> Logistic Information System --> Logistics Data warehouse --> Updating --> Updating Control --> Activate Update

Or

SPRO --> IMG --> Logistics-General --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Updating --> Specific Definition Using Update Rules --> Maintain Update Rules

I think, some rule activation/ maintenance is missing for update group, in any of the above settings.
