Solution manager -Change Management

Hi gurus,

I have just completed the SOLMAN service desk configuration and need to explain to client on the above (Change management) compnent of SOLMAN

Can anyone elobrate what is this software component for and any reading material related to this. It will very helpfull if you can provide the guides to configure and the user guide

For Service Desk:

For Change Request Management:
