sales order status

Hi All,

i created a sales order ( type credit note request) when i cancelled this order the staus showing still" Being processed" , i check all the documents related to this one all r closed . can i know the reason if any one knows abt it.

Hi,

you can only reject the sales document by giving a reason for rejection.after this the status will show as completed.
