Hi, can anybody help me to resolve an error in Records Management? When i assign a record model to a personnel of organization it gave me error message in the display log. The message says: An internal error has occurred -- check application log.
Hi Elvis,
Check the aplication log in the transaction code SLG0.
Also check the Record Model's Model ID once which you have assigned to Personnel Organisation.

Dear AC,
In the T-Code ST22 that you suggest don´t help me much. I think the problem is a class problem and display the following messages:
Source: CL_SRM_INFOOBJECT========CP, CL_SRM_INFOOBJECT========CM017, 27
Please can you help me this time?Thanks
