Report to find Users that cannot Shop?

Hi All,

Is there a report/program in SRM 5.0 that can tell what users are not configured correctly that will not allow them to shop?

Also does the same report run in SRM 4.0?

User setup can be checked using tcode BBP_CHECK_USERS, you can check for all users or multiple users, in case of multiple users, go to option mutiple users - > select all users -> then filter by your users list.

Hi NiKil,

We do have a report called BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY (se38) .In put User name and selecty a user attribute for a application (Shopping cart) .

It gives you a result what attributes are missing if you missed any mandatory attributes.

How do I check for errors like users that are not have a position?

Also is there any documentation link that I can refer too to debug such such issues?
