Accept/Reject Bid authorization

Hi Experts,

We are implementing the buyer authorization profiles in EBP. We have a

composite role in wich the buyer is only able to watch bid invitations

and bids. The buyer shouldnu2019t be capable to accept or reject bids. The

role has the objects BBP_PD_BID, BBP_PD_QUO and BBP_BID_EV with the

activity 03. However the buyer is still able to accept or reject bids.

We have already implemented the notes 1166740, 1168627 and 1171244, but

didnu2019t work. Any idea?

SPRO --> supplier relationship management -->

SRM Server --> Cross Application Basic settings -->

SAP Business Workflow --> Maintain Dynamic Columns for

integrated inbox.

you should be able to deactivate it here.

The workflow for bid is automatic. In transaction pfcg, is there any way to inhibit the buyer to accept or reject bids. When the buyer accept´s a bid, a purchase order is created.

In the case of --> automatic approval of bid invitation --> there are no approvers involved --> since the document is directly approved.

is the user able to see the document in his approval inbox ? please let me know..
