EWA for NON-ABAP

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when i was trying to get the report for non-ABAP components.

1 Download Problem

We were unable to perform a correct analysis, because function module SYSTEM_INFO is missing from the download data. This may be due to a problem with the data transfer or collection process.

Recommendation: See SAP Note 762696.

Service Data Module Comment Explanation

SYSTEM_INFO Required for EWA report

TH_SERVER_LIST Required for EWA report

I know this is not such a recent post, but I'm experiencing the same issue now for our non-ABAP systems.

So what was the solution?

Hi,

If you start the service for this System in SMD (http://<host>:<port>/smd/services) do you have an error like: u201CCannot execute local Service!u201D. If yes, please attach the stack trace in the message and specify the SMD version you are running.

To help further resolve this issue, please review the following:

- Please ensure the managed systems have met the pre-requisites from

the service pack (1010428 End-to-End Diagnostics)

- Please review SAP Note 976054, in relation to EWA for Non-Abap

components.

- Please ensure that you see workload data both from the abap/java

stacks for all systems (especially in Wily, as the EWA relies on this

to generate the EWA data).
