User credential :Error during communication with System Landscape Directory

Hi,

Our QA enviorment is newly setup and we have transported all the objects from Dev to QA.

While accessing the RWB it's throwing an error stating that :

Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access

We checked the user authorization and it's as per the Dev environment which works properly. Our Dev and QA are in the same box.

Any idea why i am facing this issue and any solution ?

As Chirag said check for following roles in SU01

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN

For SLD issues roles required are

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR

SAP_SLD_ORGANIZER

can u check the roles assigned to ur user in SU01 tcode.

As Chirag mentioned once again check the User role in QA.

Will not be any issue because of - Dev and QA are in the same box.

can u check whether below roles are assigned,check the user roles with SU01 tcode.

1. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER

2. SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER_MAIN
