Activation Failed: CBS Server Error

Hi All,

We are facing new problem, when we are trying to check in and activate of our ESS Application in NWDS we are getting below error

Activation failed: CBS Server Error: The compartment for given software component is being initialized(internal code:BS_SC_META_DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE)

i am not at all understanding why i am getting this error, if any one facing this issue or if any one knows about this problem solution please let me know.
