I know the procerss in MM, but I am not sure how far it differs with WM.
Please explain or share the documents if any one have.

It deoends on how you want to set it up. The main option I use is continuous inventory which needs to be configured as count type PZ
You basically count the bins and you can count as many or as few bins at a time as you want.
Please have a look at the attached document starting at page 458

In Warehouse for inventory following steps are followed.
1.Create Inventory document(LI01N)
2.Acitivate inventory document during creation or through change mode(LI02N)
3.Enter inventory count(LI11N): enter the counted qty.
4.Display inventory count (LI13N):This is for display.
5.Clear differences in WM (LI20)
6.Clear differences in IM (LI21)
7.Display inventory document(LI03N): After clearing it will show inventory status cleared.
Hope you understood the process.Any question please revert.

Prashant

Hi,
In general they are same except for additional clear difference at IM level, and the physical inventory at WM level will be done at storage bin, but physical inventory at IM level will be done at storage location. The procedures as follows:
1. Create PI document (t-code: LI01N)
2. Enter Count Results (t-code: LI11N)
3. Clear Difference at WM level
4. Clear Difference at IM level
