Project MRP - unrestricted (Free) stock Check

Its Project Based MRP ( MD51)

after running MRP it is not checking unrestricted or Free stock...

please do suggest whether it will check or not...

MD51 system doesn't considers unrestricted project stock and this is standard behaviour of the system.U have to transfer the stock to the WBS so that it will consider it as a project stock during MRP and will not genrate any requirement.

Hello,

You either need to excute Plant MRP using T.code MD02 or MD03 if the material is meant for plant stock.

Else you can transfer the material from Plant stock to Project stock and then excute MD51
