Use sdn search,
In short Moni is for monitoring in ABAP stack and RWB is for java stack monitoring.
Thanks!

Hi,
please search for general questions in SDN first.
For example you should have found this wiki page:
https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?path=/display/xi/sapXIQusetionsAndAnswers
There is your question with answer.
Regards
Patrick

Hi,
Both are using for monitoring purpose, SXMB_MONI is working on ABAP stack and RuntimeWorkbench working on JAVA stack. Through SXMB_MONI we can monitor mapping level and after stage error. Through Runtimeworkbench we can monitor below mapping level errors like communication level.
