Connecting Systems to Solution Manager (SMSY)

Hi All

I am currenty trying to setup our Solution Manager System and configure CCMS Monitoring, however I have managed to loose my guide on how to do this.

Does anyone know where I can get information on how to do this?

Any help would be great
