SRM to ECC update

Hi All,

Kindly let me know the following:

1. We will be making an enhancement which will facilitate automating the completion of POs in SRM and ECC.

2.We are using User Exit as the enhancement type.

3.The current scenario is when users complete a PO in SRM to effectively close the PO and prevent further invoices from being processed, nothing is being updated in ECC to reflect this change. Because invoicing is performed in ECC and the PO in ECC has not been updated, invoices can be processed against a PO that is marked as Transaction Completed in SRM. This enhancement should provide a method of automatically completing or closing the PO in ECC when a user completes a PO in SRM.

If possible let me know the name of the user exit we should use for the enhancement or any approach you think to be ideal.

Hi,

You can use the badi BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI in SRM or BBP_PO_INBOUND_BADI in R/3.

Kindly let me know the parameters I need to pass to get the above mentioned indicators updated in ECC.
